Our clients receive excellent value.  CML Tek keeps labor rates and overhead low and we pass savings through to the client with minimum surcharge.  

We employ independent professionals.  We don't care when they work, or how they manage their time, as long as they get the job done.  Some are professionals that have a job and do additional work "on the side".  Others are part timers that don't need benefits, or get them through a spouse or relative.

Our technical associates are expected to maintain technical competence on their own.  Some are self taught.  Others receive training and experience at an  alternate place of employment.  Neither CML Tek nor our clients pay a penny for training.  CML Tek does seek to assign associates to projects where they can do their highest level of work, and to compensate them appropriately.

CML Tek is a virtual company with no fixed office space, or office automation infrastructure.  Our associates provide their own work space, computing equipment, network access and support services.
